 Spring - a time of salads!
Spring - a time of salads!salads - is not only tasty and healthy, but fun for the mood and figure.
Today I have a recipe predlaayu extremely simple but delicious salad, a main component of which is the sauce!
so we will need:
cucumber
rocket
garlic
cherry tomatoes
yellow bell pepper
green onions
 parmesan
parmesan
olive oil 
honey 
red pepper
*cut vegetables as you like, mix it with arugula
and chopped garlic.
then make the sauce:
to this mix the olive oil and honey and add
red pepper.
Pour salad dressing, add the grated parmesan.
That's all!
