Zucchini Pancakes with cottage cheese
ingredients:
150 gr. cheese
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
500 gr. squash (peeled)
0.5 cups of flour
4.3 feather green onions (chopped)
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped dill
Preparation:
Squash grate (do not wring the juice) in bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs and salt, add the zucchini, dill and onion,stirring to add portions of flour, the dough will be like thick cream.
In a pan heat the vegetable oil spread a tablespoon of pancakes and cook until golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
